Kinsmen Kourts II

Assisted Living for Seniors

Kinsmen Kourts II is an assisted living residence for seniors comprised of 48 spacious one–bedroom apartment units. Kitchens come with beautiful laminate cabinetry, stainless steel sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning for each suite. The entire building, including suites, is fully accessible for the mobility impaired. In addition to fully equipped and spacious living units, residents receive services such as meals, light housekeeping, and planned activities—all part of an overall strategy to support and enhance independent and healthy living.

Rent starts at $2,088 per month including Assisted Living Fee (single), cable, Internet, and phone. Co-applicants are an additional $400 per month. Kinsmen Kourts I

55+ Retirement Living

Kinsmen Kourts I is a 55+ retirement community comprised of 51 spacious apartment units with a variety of floor plans. The building is connected to Kinsmen Kourts II via an indoor link. Kinsmen Kourts I is designed for independent living, but residents can also participate in the recreational programs at Kinsmen Kourts II. The building has its own activity room with a communal kitchen that is available for private gatherings and special occasions.
