Kinsmen Kourts I and II – Neepawa’s Retirement Communities
Kinsmen Kourts I and II provide safe, comfortable, and convenient seniors accommodations in heart of Neepawa, Manitoba. Both residences are operated by Neepawa Kinsmen Senior Citizens Housing Inc. (NKSCHI).
Kinsmen Kourts I — 55+ Retirement Living
Kinsmen Kourts I is a 55+ seniors residence with 51 independent living suites.
Kinsmen Kourts II — Assisted Living for Seniors
Kinsmen Kourts II is an assisted living facility for seniors that was completed and opened in November 2021. Kinsmen Kourts II consists of 48 spacious one–bedroom apartment units in a fully-accessible facility. In-house services include meals, light housekeeping, and planned recreational activities — all part of an overall strategy to support and enhance independent and healthy living.
Delicious Food
Our Dining Program is available in our dining room for all residents of Kinsmen Kourts II (and as an option for residents of Kinsmen Kourts I), providing three daily chef-prepared meals from our state-of-the-art kitchen.
Social Activities
At Kinsmen Kourts, residents are part of a caring and supportive community. With our Recreation Program, residents can participate in social activities including crafts, musical entertainment, exercise, games, movies, and large group outings.
On-Site Services
Enjoy the convenience of housekeeping and light laundry services, laundry facilities on each floor, on-site hair salon, private board room for special occasions, exercise room, guest suite, scooter and storage room, and daily courtesy check.
